Office 365 - Automatic Replies
Automatic Replies allows you to have Office 365 reply with a determined message for any one that sends you an email.
This can be useful for many situations, but here are a few examples
- Out of the office for an extended period of time
- Traveling
- Working remote
Your message to your sender can inform the sender your reply maybe delayed or provide alternative contact information.
1. Click the Settings Icon as shown below, you may also have to click the View all Outlook settings link as shown below
2. Go to the Automatic replies link
Make sure the Automatic replies on switch is enabled
Determine when, what and who you want to send your replies to. After you done, click save. To disable, you can just disable the Automatic replies on switch.
