Webex Teams - Single Number Reach

Single Number Reach is a feature that allows another number (normally mobile) to be alerting when your business number is called. Both your business number and alternate number will ring at the same time. This is a great feature that allows you to not miss any important calls in the event you are out of the office. 

If you answer the call on the other number, the office number will stop ringing and the call is connected. If the call is not answered and if the calling user leaves a voice message it will be stored in Webex Teams. 

How to Enable

This feature can be enabled from the admin portal, users device or self help portal. We recommend the self help portal as this can be done without any IT assistance. 

After you login, go to the Call Settings link and enable Single Number Reach and enter the number you want to use.
